The power couple, who have been dating since 2019, have been making waves in the wrestling world with their undeniable chemistry and impressive in-ring skills. And their first WrestleMania together was nothing short of epic. “It was a dream come true,” says Rollins, who made his WrestleMania debut in 2015. “To be able to share that moment with Becky, who is not only my partner in the ring but also in life, was truly special.”
Lynch, who made her WrestleMania debut in 2016, adds, “It was a surreal experience. We both have been working towards this moment for so long and to finally be able to stand in that ring together was a feeling like no other.”
The couple, who have been dubbed “The Man and The Architect”, have been dominating the WWE scene with their impressive in-ring skills and captivating storylines. And their chemistry is not just limited to the ring, as they both credit their real-life relationship for their on-screen success.
“We have a great understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses, both in and out of the ring,” says Rollins. “We push each other to be the best versions of ourselves and that translates into our performances.”
Lynch agrees, “We have a natural chemistry that just works. We both have a deep love for this business and we bring that passion into our performances.”
Their first WrestleMania together was not just a milestone for their relationship, but also for their careers. Rollins, who has been a mainstay in the WWE for over a decade, won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 31, while Lynch, who has been with the company since 2013, won the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35.
“It was a defining moment for both of us,” says Rollins. “To be able to win the top titles at the biggest event in the industry is something that we will always cherish.”
Lynch adds, “It was a moment that I will never forget. To be able to make history as the first woman to main event WrestleMania and to win the title in front of a record-breaking crowd was a dream come true.”
But their success at WrestleMania is not just limited to their first appearance together. The couple has continued to make an impact at the event, with Rollins winning the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35 and Lynch successfully defending her Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36.
“We have a special connection with WrestleMania,” says Rollins. “It’s the biggest stage in the world and we always bring our A-game. It’s a night that we always look forward to.”
And their success at WrestleMania is not just limited to their own matches. The couple has also been involved in some memorable moments, including Lynch’s surprise appearance at WrestleMania 34 to help Rollins win the Intercontinental Championship.
“That was a moment that I will never forget,” says Lynch. “To be able to surprise the fans and help Seth win the title was a great feeling. It’s moments like these that make WrestleMania so special.”
As for their future at WrestleMania, the couple has their sights set on even bigger goals. “We want to continue to make history and create moments that will be remembered for years to come,” says Rollins. “And of course, we want to main event WrestleMania again.”
Lynch adds, “We want to continue to push the boundaries and show the world what we are capable of. And WrestleMania is the perfect platform to do that.”
