The Minister of Energy and Water, João Baptista Borges, who has been in China since June 17 and is expected to return on June 22, is attending the 15th International Forum on Investment and Infrastructure Construction (IIICF) in Macau, China, under the theme “GREEN INNOVATION, DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY.” In addition to the conference, the minister is following a busy work schedule, which includes high-level meetings and visits to the exhibitions of Chinese companies involved in the Forum, with particular focus on those in the Energy and Water sectors.
As part of today’s itinerary, the Angolan minister visited the SiNOMACH-CMEC booth, where he witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between GAMEK and SINOHIDRO for cooperation on power plants, transmission lines, and substation projects in Angola.
