Ever since leaving the Golden State Warriors, Kevin Durant has failed to find a team that he can truly call home.

Durant previously had a disappointing stint with the Brooklyn Nets, which ended when the two-time NBA champion was traded to the Phoenix Suns during the 2022-23 NBA season.

Many expected Durant and the Suns to dominate the league during the 2023-24 NBA season, as the organization also acquired Bradley Beal via a blockbuster trade with the Washington Wizards.

However, with the new year almost upon us, the Suns have struggled to win games consistently, but Kevin Durant is not at fault.

Keeping that in mind, it’s no surprise that NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski recently reported via NBACentral that many in the Suns organization can feel Durant’s frustration.

“You talk to people in Phoenix, and around that organization, they can feel the frustration with Durant,” Wojnarowski said.

Kevin Durant may have turned 35 years old earlier this season, but that hasn’t kept him from putting up great numbers when on the floor for the Phoenix Suns.

Durant has put up 30.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game for the Suns so far this season.

Moreover, the former NBA MVP has also shot a remarkable 52.1% from the field and 47.3% from the three-point line.

Despite being one of the best players in the league, the Suns are currently the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 14-14 record.

Considering the Big 3 of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal haven’t played a lot of games together due to the former Wizards star’s injury troubles, it seems only a matter of time before Durant gives up on another superteam in his career.
